Whether it is a new build, extension or refurbishment, we work closely with our clients to explore ideas and solutions for their ideal space, ensuring our designs are customized to meet our client's requirements, specifications, and budget.

Our process begins with a design consultation to gain an understanding of the project scale, the client's vision and establish the next steps to achieving that perfect space.

This time can be used to discuss extensions that may or may not require planning, home remodels to maximise the existing space, kitchen / bathroom renovations or any specific room that needs an uplift. We will tease out the design brief together and we will then advise on the next steps.

Design Concept

Following the initial consultation, we will carry out a measurement survey and draft the existing floorplan to clearly see the layout potential. The proposed layout will be designed based on the brief discussed at consultation stage.

Drawing Pack

Once the design concept and layout is agreed, we will prepare dimensioned 2D design drawings and a 3D model. These will be suitable as a reference to engage with a contractor or discuss the project cost plan with a quantity surveyor.

Kitchen / Bathoom Design

You may be concentrating your budget and time on a specific area. We will design your kitchen/bathroom space, provide dimensioned drawings and 3D visuals, allowing you to clearly outline the scope of works to your contractor and shop around for quotes.

Customised Fitted Furniture

You may have a tricky alcove to design or dream of the perfect boot room/entrance storage. These areas need creative solutions without compromising design. We provide the expertise to maximise these challenging spaces.
